Service Description

LeadIdeal provides custom business research and validation services based on your specified criteria. We source data solely from lawful, publicly available company sources including official business registries, public directories, and company websites. All data is validated for deliverability and business legitimacy before delivery.

Research Tiers & Data Sources

LeadIdeal operates two research tiers with distinct data sources and quality levels:

• Free Research (Starter): Conducted using free, publicly available APIs and open data registries. Results provide basic business contact information suitable for initial prospecting. Free research relies on publicly accessible directories and does not include advanced email verification or phone validation. Data quality may vary.
• Paid Research (Professional & Enterprise): Powered by premium data sources including Hunter.io for email discovery and verification, Google Custom Search Engine (CSE) for targeted company intelligence, and Google Places API for verified business location and contact data. Paid packages include multi-layer validation (email deliverability testing, phone format verification, and business legitimacy checks). These paid sources significantly improve contact accuracy, deliverability rates, and overall output quality.

The specific data sources, enrichment methods, and validation depth applied to your order depend on the package tier selected at checkout. Quality guarantees (85%+ email deliverability) apply only to paid packages.

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee:

• Data Quality: 85%+ email deliverability rate for verified contacts in paid orders only
• Delivery Time: 24-hour turnaround for standard paid orders
• Replacement Policy: Undeliverable contacts in paid orders replaced at no charge
• Data Freshness: Paid-order data collected within 30 days of delivery

Free previews, free starter flows, and promo-access orders are provided as proof-of-work only unless they are converted into a paid order at checkout. They do not include any service-level commitment, deliverability guarantee, freshness guarantee, or refund right.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as follows:

• Payment confirmation required before processing
• Business research begins within 2 hours of payment
• Quality review and validation before delivery
• CSV file delivered via secure download link
• Email confirmation with delivery details
• Any public preview shown before checkout remains censored and is provided only to demonstrate research quality

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee ONLY if:

• Technical Issues: Data quality falls below 80% accuracy
• Delivery Issues: Delivery exceeds 48 hours without notice
• Specification Issues: Service does not meet agreed specifications
• Unused Data: Data has not been downloaded, accessed, or used

Refund Exclusions: No refunds will be provided if:

• Data has been downloaded or accessed
• Customer has used the data for any business purpose
• Refund request is made more than 7 days after delivery
• The order was free, promotional, or a proof-of-work preview rather than a paid order

Data Usage and Compliance

You may use the provided business contact data for legitimate business purposes only. You must comply with:

• CAN-SPAM Act (US) - Email marketing compliance
• GDPR (EU) - Data protection and privacy rights
• Israeli Privacy Law - Local data protection requirements
• Industry Standards - Best practices for B2B outreach

Prohibited Uses: Spam, harassment, illegal activities, or violation of any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Business contact data is provided under license for your business use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the data
• Share with competitors
• Use for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer our data sources
• Publish or repost uncensored contact details from any LeadIdeal preview, report, CSV, screenshot, or export in a public setting

Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
• Data becoming outdated after delivery
• Third-party actions or changes
• Force majeure events

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• First: Good faith negotiation
• Second: Mediation in Haifa, Israel
• Final: Binding arbitration under Israeli law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Haifa, Israel.
