Lawful sourcing
All research draws from publicly available business sources: Google Places, SEC EDGAR, company websites, and public directories.
Human verification
Every paid contact is checked by a human against a live source before delivery. No stale databases, no scraped resale lists.
GDPR & CCPA aligned
Processing is anchored in legitimate B2B interest with documented LIA, DPA, and data-use addenda. Opt-out on request.
7-day refund window
If a paid batch lands below the 80% deliverability floor, you can request replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Data sourcing
LeadIdeal does not buy or resell consumer data. Paid research engages premium discovery sources only when needed for the specific lane you order:
- Google Places API — verified business name, address, phone, website
- Google Custom Search Engine — targeted contact discovery
- Hunter.io — email pattern verification on Pro and Enterprise tiers
- SEC EDGAR — US public-company filings
- Company websites and public directories — manual checks for name, title, and role
How we protect your data
Customer information
We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order: contact email for delivery, billing details handled end-to-end by PayPal, and the ICP brief you provide at checkout. We do not pass your information to third-party ad networks.
Authentication and access
- Admin API enforces an X-API-Key header with constant-time validation
- Webhooks (PayPal, SendGrid, Vapi, Twilio, Telnyx) are signature-verified
- Outbound providers run with runtime dry-run guards and daily caps
Storage
Order records, ICP briefs, and delivered CSVs are retained only for the period needed to support refund requests and tax compliance, then purged on request. Email service providers (SES, SendGrid, SMTP) act as data processors under their respective DPAs.

Quality guarantee on paid orders
Deliverability floor: paid batches target 90%+ deliverability and keep an 80% minimum floor. If your batch lands below the floor, you can request replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Free previews are intentionally masked and unrated; the floor and refund window apply to paid orders only.
What we do not do
- We do not sell consumer or personal data
- We do not share customer order details with third-party data brokers
