Data Use Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Data Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of business research reports and contact data provided by LeadIdeal ("Provider") to clients ("Client") for legitimate business purposes. By purchasing or receiving data from LeadIdeal, Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

Client may use the Business Research Report for legitimate business purposes, including sales outreach, partnership development, and market research. All communications must be professional and comply with applicable anti-spam laws.

3. Prohibited Uses

Client is expressly prohibited from using Contact Data for spam, harassment, fraudulent activities, or personal use. Resale or redistribution of data to third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Compliance Requirements

Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), and CASL (Canada). Client must respect and facilitate all data subject rights and honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

5. Data Security

Client must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data and retain it only as long as necessary for the stated business purposes.

6. Research Tiers & Data Quality

LeadIdeal offers multiple research tiers that determine the data sources used and the resulting quality:

• Free Research (Starter): Conducted using free, publicly available APIs and open business registries. Provides basic contact data suitable for initial prospecting. No premium verification is applied. Data accuracy and completeness may vary. No quality guarantees are provided for free-tier data.
• Paid Research (Professional & Enterprise): Uses premium data sources including Hunter.io for email discovery and verification, Google Custom Search Engine (CSE) for company intelligence, and Google Places API for verified business locations and direct contact details. Paid packages include multi-layer validation and are covered by LeadIdeal's 85%+ email deliverability guarantee and 7-day refund policy.

Client acknowledges that data quality, enrichment depth, and verification scope correspond directly to the selected package tier. Free-tier data is provided "as is" without warranty.
