- You request a refund within 7 days of receiving your research report
- The data provided does not match the specifications you ordered (e.g., wrong industry or location)
- The contact information has a validation rate below our guaranteed minimum (85%)
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing or downloading your report
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery
- You have already used the data for outreach campaigns
- The request is due to a change of business needs after purchase
- Custom research orders that have been completed to specification
How to Request a Refund
